Kimberly Ann Southwick is the founder & editor in chief of the literary-arts journal Gigantic Sequins, which has been in print since 2009. Her debut full-length poetry collection, Orchid Alpha is forthcoming from Trembling Pillow Press this year. Her work has been featured recently in Broadkill Review, Josephine Quarterly, Words and Sports Quarterly, Philadelphia Stories, The Under Review, and elsewhere. She is an Assistant Professor specializing in Poetry and Creative Writing at Jacksonville State University and a proud member of the Emily Dickinson International Society. Currently, she lives and writes in Saks, Alabama, with her daughter, Esmé, and their dog Nova.
